RETURNS AND/OR CANCELLATION POLICY

When purchasing a product at StatusGel, you have a period of 14 days, from the date of receipt of the request, to make the return, in accordance with the right of free resolution provided for in Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of February 14. To exercise this right, the following conditions must be met:

 

1. Present the product purchase invoice.

2. The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was sold - without scratches, external damage or signs of use, in perfect working order, in the original packaging and accompanied by the user manual and all accessories.

 

To make a return, the customer can go to our stores or contact our Customer Service, who will provide all the necessary information about the return process. Under no circumstances should the customer send products without prior contact, as they will not be accepted.

 

Exclusions from the Right to Free Resolution

The right of free termination does not apply to the following contracts:

 

• Supply of goods made to customer specifications or clearly personalized;

• Supply of goods that, by their nature, cannot be resent or that may deteriorate or expire quickly;

• Supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if opened after delivery;

• Supply of goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other products.

 

Return Costs

When exercising the right of free resolution, the customer will bear the costs of returning the goods, except those that cannot be returned by regular mail. For goods that cannot be returned by post, the customer must bear the direct costs of return, according to the shipping cost table.

 

Return Process

The customer must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing our company of the decision to terminate the contract. The deadline is considered met if the goods are returned before the end of the 14 days.

After contacting the Customer Service Center and receiving return instructions, the customer must send the product properly packaged, in the original packaging, to the following address:

All products will be checked upon arrival at our service and will only be accepted for exchange or return if they meet the return conditions.
